    Who?

Sasamat Outdoor Centre is currently looking for a day camp coordinator to head our off-site day camp program! If you like to be outside, be creative and plan fun engaging summer activities, work with kids, and are looking for fun summer position with flexibility to explore BC, look no further!

    Where?

As a Summer Camp, Sasamat prides itself on its engaging and supportive community where children are made to feel included in the camp culture. The supportive nature of the camp allows for campers to try new activities and develop new skills with the help of caring staff members. Sasamat summer camp and Outdoor Centre is located in beautiful British Columbia.

What exactly the Belcarra Coordinator role is!

In the summer, Sasamat runs both a residential style camp as well as two day camps, each with weeklong sessions. The Belcarra Day Camp is very popular and runs offsite about a ten minute drive away on a beautiful ocean front outdoor space. The Belcarra Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day programs and activities of this offsite day camp and will work closely with the rest of the camps coordinating team to ensure an exceptional experience through staff and program management. During evening hours (after day camp hours), the Becerra Coordinator will assist the rest of the coordinating team with on site Sasamat programs. This opportunity does require the ability to live on site during the weeklong summer camp sessions. The Belcarra Coordinator reports directly to the Summer camp Director and/or executive director of Sasamat Outdoor Centre.
