Facility Manager - Sasamat Outdoor Centre
Sasamat Outdoor Centre is seeking a unique individual for the position of Facility Manager. Located in Belcarra Regional Park, Sasamat Outdoor Centre provides outdoor-based programs for children, youth and families, and offers outdoor education programs for schools and rental space for community groups.
As part of the Sasamat Outdoor Centre team, the Facility Manager assists in delivering superior programs and an exceptional experience for guests, and is responsible for all aspects of maintenance, repair and upgrades to buildings, grounds and equipment as required for the safe, uninterrupted delivery of programs and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong construction skill-set, thrive in a team environment, enjoy working in the outdoors, and be energetic, organized, and self-motivated. Being able to determine appropriate solutions to problems, prioritize tasks, work in a fast-changing environment, and inspire others will lead to success in this role.
