We currently have a year round position opening for a Program Manager outlined below.

Salary and Benefits:                        $35,000/Year

The Camp:

Camp Jubilee Retreat and Conference is located at our 128 acre waterfront property located just outside of Vancouver on Indian Arm (water access only). Camp Jubilee operates from approx. Job Description:

The Program Manager hires and trains all program staff members.  They ensure that all programs are being run at the highest standards according to the Program Manual.   This person will provide guidance, support, and monthly evaluations to the Program Staff.  They will create weekly and monthly schedules for schools and staff.  The Program Manager will personally host school and rental groups.

Qualifications:

·         Experience at Residential Camp, Resort, or Similar Workplace

·         Management experience and experience training and supervising staff

·         Advanced First Aid (have or willing to obtain)

·         High Ropes Certification (willing to obtain)

·         Boat Driver Certification (willing to obtain)

·         Clear Criminal Records Search
