About us

Camp Jubilee is a traditional adventure-based camp for children located on the shores of the Indian Arm in North Vancouver. With three seasons of operation Camp Jubilee offers Outdoor Education, Rental Groups and Summer Camp programming. Jubilee team members live on site for their consecutive working days and off site for their time off. Team members work a variety of shifts this results in needing open availability for weekday and weekends.

We provide three meals a day for up to 200 guests with buffet style service. We pride ourselves in having quality food with great presentation. We are looking for an experienced cook with baking skills to work along side our kitchen coordinator to provide seven-day coverage in our busy commercial kitchen. All staff team members are expected to model enthusiasm, respect, and professionalism at all times. It is expected that all Jubilee team members adhere to our uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

Job Types: Seasonal

Salary: $144.00-$160.00 per day Average 32-40 hours/week

$400 End of Season Performance Bonus (March - October)

Mandatory Certifications: Experience cooking for large groups/buffet style

1st Aid & CPR-C (must have or be willing to obtain)

Food Safe Level 1 or higher (must have or be willing to obtain)

Formal Culinary Training (preferred but not required)

Clear criminal records check with vulnerable sector scan Experience/Knowledge cooking for guests with special diets
