The annual BC Camping Conference is the BCCA's marquee event, which attracts hundreds of camping professionals from across the province! The BC Camps Association Corporate Trade Show takes place during the annual conference and is an opportunity to showcase your products and increase your market share. Conference attendees include Executive Directors, Program Directors, Food Service Managers, and Facilities Managers from 60 overnight camps or outdoor education centres from across BC. Our annual conference trade show offers an opportunity for you to promote your products to our camps.
New in 2026 we have extended our trade show length giving vendors more time to engage with our conference participants! The trade show will take place from 11:00am-4:00pm Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Rockridge Canyon Camp in Princeton, BC.
Register and pay in full by December 1, 2025 for our early bird vendor pricing! Early birds can purchase one vendor table for just $150.00. Your registration fee includes one table and lunch for 2 of your team members.
In 2026 the vendor space at Rockridge Canyon Camp is extremely limited and we are restricted to just 15 vendors! Book your booth early to avoid disappointment. Vendors should arrive for for setup between 9:30-10:30am. Please bring your own extension cords if you require power supply. Wifi is available in the venue.
