The annual BC Camping Conference is the BCCA's marquee event, which attracts hundreds of camping professionals from across the province! The BC Camping Conference Trade Show is an opportunity to showcase your products and increase your market share. Conference attendees include Executive Directors, Program Directors, Food Service Managers, and Facilities Managers from 60 overnight camps or outdoor education centres from across BC. Our annual conference trade show offers an opportunity for you to promote your products to our camps.
The Trade Show will take place from 12:00pm-1:30pm on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Stillwood Camp & Conference Centre in Lindell Beach, BC.
Register and pay in full by December 31, 2024 for our early bird vendor pricing! Early birds can purchase one vendor table for just $175.00. Your registration fee includes one table and lunch for 2 of your team members.
Trade show space is limited to just 40 vendors. Please arrive for setup between 9:30-11:30am. Power supply is available for the first 25 vendors registered and paid in full. Please bring your own extension cords. Wifi is available in the venue.
**If you are a sponsor for the BC Camps Association your trade show booth is included in your sponsorship package. When registering please select "sponsor booth" for your FREE trade show registration.
