Position Summary:

The CIT Coordinator is a key member of the senior camp management team, responsible for leading and overseeing the Counsellor-in-Training (CIT) program. This role focuses on developing leadership, teamwork, and life skills in young adults while supporting them through a positive camp experience.

The CIT Coordinator designs and delivers engaging training, provides mentorship and supervision, and collaborates with senior staff to ensure program goals are met. They also assist with overall camp operations, crisis management, and safety procedures, reporting regularly to the Camp Directors.
